Welcome to We Install Govee Lights. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Our Services
We Install Govee Lights provides professional installation services for Govee Permanent Lights, including Govee Pro, Elite, Prism, and other Govee lighting versions. We serve both residential and commercial properties.
2. Installation
Installation time depends on the type of property, installation requirements, and the total number of feet of Govee lights being installed. We offer same-day installation when availability allows. The customer is responsible for providing the required Govee lighting products unless otherwise agreed.Lights, including Govee Pro, Elite, Prism, and other Govee lighting versions. We serve both residential and commercial properties.
3. Pricing & Payment
The installation price may depend on the size of the property, total footage of lighting, installation complexity, and other project requirements.
We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Venmo
Payment is due on the same day as the service, unless another payment arrangement
has been agreed upon in advance.
Additional charges may apply if extra materials, labor, or services outside the original
scope are required.
4. Booking & Scheduling
Installation appointments are subject to availability. Customers must provide accurate information about their property and ensure that the installation area is accessible. Same-day installation is available when our crew and schedule permit. Weather, safety conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may require an appointment to be rescheduled.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Refunds, if applicable, may depend on the project status and any work or materials already provided. Completed installation services are generally not refundable simply because a customer changes their mind after the work has been completed.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing access to the property and installation areas.
• Providing the required Govee products when applicable.
• Informing us about known electrical or structural issues.
• Obtaining any required HOA, landlord, or property permissions.
• Providing accurate project information.
7. Product Warranty
Govee products may be covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty. Product defects or product-related warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Our installation service does not replace or extend the manufacturer’s product warranty.
8. Safety & Weather
Outdoor installation may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, lightning, strong winds, unsafe roof conditions, or other hazardous conditions. We reserve the right to postpone or stop work when conditions are considered unsafe.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for issues caused by defective products, pre-existing property damage, electrical problems outside our installation scope, internet/Wi-Fi issues, weather, customer modifications, or third-party products and services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on
this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
